Shipping & Returns

Where we ship

We ship only to street addresses in the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to PO boxes, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or outside the United States.

Shipping

• Orders are packed cold-chain with insulated liners and ice packs to preserve peptide integrity in transit.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day; all others ship the next business day.
• Standard shipping is free on orders over $199; a flat $12 rate applies below that threshold.
• Your first order ships free, whatever its size.
• Orders typically arrive in 2–4 business days via tracked courier.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or is incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos where applicable. We'll issue a replacement or refund once verified.

Returns

Because these are laboratory research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened, reconstituted, or used vials for safety and integrity reasons. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs.
